Whole house pricing from £49 per night
We really are significantly cheaper than most places in Aberdovey!

‌ You'll have the whole house but must be honest about how many guests. CCTV outside.

 Personal check in - keep host updated on your arrival time.  Check in 4pm-9pm.  Sorry no early/late check in. 

 Base price is for 2 guests, they can use maximum 2 beds.
‌ Babies under 2 are free, let host know if you need cot.
‌ Guests aged 2+ are £25 extra pp, however many nights they stay e.g. 2 guests x 3 nights @£100pn + another person for 1 night = £325. 

 No cleaning fee if you leave it in same condition as on arrival. If you prefer to pay for cleaning, ask host.

 Check out by 11am, please allow enough time to clean your mess if you opted not to pay cleaning. 

 TO BOOK fill out the contact form. Payment is required when booking.  Like Airbnb & most hotels there is a £100 damage deposit which will be refunded within 7 days after your reservation end date.

 Low prices mean that all bookings are non refundable. We recommend you take out travel insurance for your peace of mind.
