Whole house from £49 per night

 How to work out your price
‌ You'll have the whole house but must be honest about how many guests. CCTV.

 Base price on calendar is for 2 guests, they can use maximum 2 beds
‌ Babies under 2 are free, let host know if you need cot.
‌ Guests aged 2+ are £25 extra pp, however many nights they stay e.g. 2 guests x 3 nights @£100pn + another person for 1 night = £325. 

 Check in 4pm-9pm.  No early check in. Personal check in process. 

 No cleaning fee if you leave it in same condition as on arrival. If you prefer to pay for cleaning, ask host.

 Check out by 11am, please allow enough time to clean your mess if you opted not to pay cleaning. 

 TO BOOK fill out the contact form. A secure Stripe payment link will be sent. Payment must be made immediately to secure your dates.  Like Airbnb & most hotels there is an additional £100 damage deposit 'hold' put on your card from the day before your reservation until 3-5 days after it ends.

 Low prices mean that all bookings are non refundable.
